Our state-of-
the-art

manufacturing complexes, which operate on the latest SAP software, are located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh and Vadodara, Gujarat. The Baddi manufacturing unit is a sprawling 30,000 sq. ft. facility, which houses a dedicated R&D center and an integrated moulding unit. In addition, our Vadodara complex is set in 25 acres of extensive surroundings. Combined together, our fully integrated manufacturing units have the capacity to produce 2.3 million refrigerators and 0.7 million washing machines per year.

units are recognised across the world, as they manufacture top quality products for other OEMs and cater to the overseas market. Our complexes house the best of technological facilities such as Robotic Door Bending Machine, Roller Foaming Machine, 4 Stage Robotic Vacuum Forming Machine as well as a newly installed high-tech assembly line, where every GEM appliance undergoes a series of stringent checking to ensure that we deliver the highest quality.
